Who is responsible for your data
Korbex AI S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 901.118.296-1, located at Calle 28A # 18-64, Ed. SEUL, Of. 201, Sincelejo, Sucre, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data it receives through korbex.co. What data we collect
Only what you give us or what the site needs to work:
- What you write in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), your project description and your answers about project type, stage, timeline, approximate budget and how you found us, plus your consents.
- What you write when downloading a free template: name, email, the template you asked for and your consents.
- What you give when sketching your idea: name, email and your consents. What you write in the conversation, the sample of the file you attach and the resulting sketch are only processed to generate your reply: Korbex doesn’t store them (the conversation stays in your browser while you use it).
- Where you came from: the link or campaign you arrived from (UTM parameters), the referring page and the page you sent the form from.
- Technical visit data: Google, which hosts the site, logs data such as your IP address and browser to run and protect it.
We don’t use cookies or analytics tools. The site only stores the language you chose in your browser.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and following up on what you told us about your project.
- Preparing proposals for the services you asked about.
- Delivering the templates and resources you download.
- Generating the sketch of your idea and, if you’re interested, preparing a proposal from it.
- Sending you Korbex guides, news and commercial offers, only if you allowed it.
- Knowing, in aggregate, which channels bring us contacts.
- Meeting legal obligations and responding to requests from authorities.
Your consent
By sending the contact or download form with the consent box checked, you allow us to process your data to reply to you or deliver what you asked for. Receiving guides, news and offers is optional and has its own box; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who else processes your data
Google LLC, through Firebase and Google Cloud, stores the forms’ data on servers located in the United States, and Google Workspace runs our email. If you use “Sketch your idea”, your conversation and your file sample are sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which runs the Claude AI model, only to generate the sketch; under its policies, Anthropic doesn’t use this data to train its models and deletes it within 30 days. They act as processors on our behalf. By sending a form you consent to this international transfer. We don’t sell or hand over your data to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a customer, we keep your data for up to two years after our last contact and then delete it. If you’re a customer, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods the law requires. If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
As the owner of your data, you have the right to:
- Know, update and correct your data.
- Ask for proof of the consent you gave us.
- Be told how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data, when there’s no legal duty to keep it.
- Access your data free of charge.
- File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
How to exercise your rights
Write to hola@korbex.com.co with your name, the email you contacted us with and what you need. We answer questions within 10 business days and claims (correcting, updating, deleting or withdrawing consent) within 15 business days; if we need more time, we’ll tell you beforehand and why, within the legal limits. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
How we protect your data
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions can only be created: nobody can read, change or delete them from the browser, and only authorized Korbex staff can access them.
Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and adult professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we received some, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
