Loty: sales management for land lots and real estate

Overview

Loty is a sales management platform built to simplify and modernize how land lots and properties are sold. It lets real estate teams follow every customer, deal and task, so no sale is lost for lack of follow-up.

It brings projects, lots, reservations, sales, installments and payments together, with real-time reports and a different dashboard for the customer, the seller and the admin.
