Results as a Service
Results as a Service: you get finished work, not another tool
Software is usually sold as a tool you have to operate, or as hours someone bills you. Korbex is sold as a team whose work ends in results you can verify: a pull request in your GitHub, a review, a release in your Firebase.
Get early accessThree ways to get software built
| Tool (SaaS) | Agency or freelancers | Korbex | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you buy | A license | Hours of work | A team with work included every month |
| Who does the work | You or your developers | The agency’s people | Korbex’s agents, with your approval |
| Where the code lives | Depends on the tool | Depends on the contract | In your GitHub from the first commit |
| How you see progress | Inside the tool | Status reports and meetings | A live board, reports and every pull request |
| How it’s measured | Seats or usage | Billed hours | Tasks, reviews and deployments per month |
Every unit of work ends in something you can check
Requirements
User stories with acceptance criteria, written by the Delivery Manager and approved by you.
Tasks
A pull request in your GitHub with conventions, tests and the ticket linked.
Reviews
The Architect’s comments on the pull request and QA’s validation against the definition of done.
Designs
Proposals for style, login, dashboard and design system that you approve before anything is built.
Deployments
A release in your Test environment and, with your approval, in Production.
Security reviews
Findings on permissions, dependencies and secrets, turned into cards on the board.
Quality is part of the result
A result doesn’t count as done just because code exists. Every change goes through the Architect’s review, CI, QA’s validation and, when you hire it, the Cybersecurity review. What reaches Production is your call.
See the full process →What you pay for
You pay a monthly plan that includes the team and a volume of work each month: tasks, reviews, designs or deployments. Every card assigned to an agent in the month counts. If you need more, you can add a pack of 10 tasks.
See the plans →You measure results, not activity
Korbex reports show project progress, work in progress, what’s waiting for your decision, what was delivered in the last 7 days, lead time, cycle time and the sprint burndown.
