AgroControl: running a farm’s operations in one app

Overview

AgroControl is the web app Comercial El Matico Ltda., in Chile, uses to run its farms: seasons and crops, staff and their field tasks, expenses, fuel, production and dispatch.

Every record is tied to a farm and a season, so the income and expense dashboard shows where the money goes and what each cost center produces.

It starts from a base generated with Anton, the Korbex engine, and was built on the client’s specifications.

What it does

• Farms and seasons

  Cost centers per farm, seasons and crops, with a season close so nobody edits earlier records.

• Staff and field tasks

  Staff, task types and special pay deals to work out labor costs.

• Expenses and fuel

  Expenses by type, suppliers and the machinery’s fuel use.

• Production and dispatch

  What each farm produces and what goes out to customers.

• Income and expense dashboard

  Expenses and income filtered by season, date and farm, with charts by expense type and by product.

• Users and audit log

  User profiles and a log of the important changes.
